My husband sent me this link the other day about Maxtor Personal Storage Systems. I hope you are not one of the unlucky virus owners.

Playmobile Rocks!

November 1st, 2007

I love Playmobile. I remember playing with their toys when I was a child. And they have become so much more since then. My kids now embrace their toys with open arms. Which is great, because they are, you guess it, China Free! No matter what avenue of imagination your child chooses to meander down, Playmobile has them covered! And since they are readily available in toystores everywhere, you should have no trouble locating some lovely gifts for your children this holiday!

Whole Foods Market

October 30th, 2007

I have been in the market for re-usable grocery bags. Not re-usable as in, I use it as a garbage bag when I get home. I take it with me when I go to the store to bag my groceries in. These bags are supposed to help the environment by not putting anymore non-degradable plastic bags into landfills. Plus they are useful for other items you need to carry as well. Until today, all of them I have found were made in China. Until today. Slobber and I went to the Whole Foods Market. The closest one to us is twenty minutes away, so we don’t go often. Every other aisle or so you see a display of re-usable grocery bags. I check them as I walk by, China…China…China…wait just a second. What’s this? Made in the USA! I will take one! Yes, it’s not $2.00 like the Chinese ones, but it’s American! And it is so cool! It not only has handles on it, but a shoulder strap. A shoulder strap! Can you here me squealing with glee? You have no idea how excited I am to find this bag! I honestly could carry on and on over this find. But eventually I would pass out, and you all would think I am nuts. But you need one of these bags!

What Would You Ask?

October 24th, 2007

At China Free, we strive to be a site for the people. In light of this, we want to set up a list of questions for prospective companies to promote on this site. What we need from you is to know: If you were interviewing a company about their products and how China Free the company is. What questions would you ask?

Post your questions in the comment field. And hopefully soon we will have a form set up! Thank you so much for your time and support!

Zebulon USA-No Longer Reccommended

October 24th, 2007

We are no longer endorsing this company. We do not want to send customers to a company that will take their money only to ignore customer service requests and not send the ordered product.

Welcome to China Free!

October 23rd, 2007

Welcome to China Free! I’m glad you found your way over here! Now I’m sure you’re wondering, what exactly is China Free?

China Free is dedicated to bringing you products and manufacturers not made in China. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t hold any grudges or hard feelings toward Chinese people. What I do hold grudges against, is the way their government forces them to live. It is a human rights nightmare there, and I for one choose not to support it anymore. I am not alone in this venture, I have several friends who are refusing to purchase items made in China. But we all have the same problem, so many things are manufactured there.

With that being said, I decided to start a website to help those of us choosing this venue of purchasing. I also hope that once manufacturers and others who have power in such things, will see how far Americans will go to bring jobs and safe work practices back to America. I also will be giving you updates from the media on topics that are related to this site.
